The “City of Stars” program, accessible only through the Site, is reserved for program Participants. “City of Stars” program participants can, in accordance with their Thierry Mugler Parfums purchases, receive surprises, particular attentions according to a previously established and voluntarily distributed chart. This program is meant to maintain the notion of surprise, an important element of Thierry Mugler Parfums philosophy, and conforms to the conditions and limitations described in the General conditions. Each Participant is invited to enter the unique code found in the packaging of a Thierry Mugler Parfums product on the www.circle.mugler.com website. Participants may also send unique code(s) by mail, or, for products without a unique code, send a proof of purchase to the Circle Customer Relations. Thierry Mugler reserves the right to ask each member for his/her receipt for Circle registration. Thierry Mugler Parfums has the right to modify the General conditions at any time. 6. Modifying conditions of use

Thierry Mugler Parfums has the right to modify these conditions at any time. 7. Applicable law and rules for disputes

This legal notice is subject to French law.
